Our information service We can help you to select leaflets, factsheets, self-help packs or use the internet. Alternatively, you can try visiting www.adviceguide.org.uk. This website is useful for anyone who needs instant information on their rights and responsibilities.
For our information service you can call in at the bureau Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.00am and 3.00pm, or Wednesdays from 12.30pm until 4.00pm.
Alternatively, you can ring our 24-hour recorded information line on 0844 499 4129 and listen to pre-recorded information on a wide range of subjects.
The bureau also delivers advice
sessions in the community at the following venues: PLEASE NOTE - there are a limited number of appointments at each session and all the sessions operate on a first come, first seen basis. Often people arrive before the advertised opening times to get an appointment. If you wish to do this we would ask you to check with the host centre as to their opening times.
